Gross & Fine Motor Coordination
Use of tactile cuing to improve the brain’s ability to activate muscles again to improve control with grasp, dynamic balance, and improving efficiency of movement.
DME & Wheelchair Assistance
Assess your functional needs and recommend the appropriate equipment, such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, or orthotics. Aids in wheelchair prescription and fitting to help you get into a custom manual or electric wheelchair through collaborating with local DME vendors.
Gait & Balance Training
Improve weight-bearing through the affected limbs to improve gait quality. Balance and stability training helps to reduce fall risk, helping the person regain their ability to balance.
Contracture & Spacticity Management
Provide training on preventing complications like joint deformities and safety issues related to spasticity and contractures and teach caregivers how to assist safely.
Cardiovascular Endurance
Develop cardiovascular and muscular conditioning exercises to improve overall endurance and stamina after stroke, cancer or other conditions.
Visual & Vestibular Training
Improve balance, reduce dizziness, and retrain the brain to compensate for inner ear issues through focus on head movements, gaze stabilization, and balance retraining.
Functional Training
Helps you to relearn daily activities like dressing, bathing, tarnsferring to the bed or toilet, working, and cooking with an emphasis on real-world tasks, called ADLs.
Pain Management
Use techniques like manual therapy, stretching and other therapeutic techniques to get to the root cause of your pain and use modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation) to manage & soothe pain.

Physical Therapist
Danielle graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in August 2018 and is licensed to practice in California. She is a certified concussion and vestibular management specialist and is working towards becoming a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist. She is most passionate about balance, gait, vestibular, and functional neurological physical therapy.
She is equally passionate about giving back to the community to help others THRIVE. Danielle enjoys organizing free workshops and educational classes for the community to provide more people with the education and tools they need to lead healthier and more fulfilled lives.
Danielle started her practice due to the limited access to quality one-on-one neurological physical therapy care in the South Inland Empire and had a strong desire to improve the lives of the patients in her community.

During your first visit, our experienced team will conduct a thorough assessment, discuss your goals, and design a treatment path tailored to optimize your progress. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and you will be sent a digital intake form prior to your first appointment to save time so we can focus on a quality evaluation and treatment during the first visit.
